Privacy Policy

silviosoul.com is the official website of the artist Silvio Soul. This policy explains what personal data the site collects, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). What we collect and why

Join the Temple and waitlists. Your email address, the language of the page, the form you used and the time you gave consent. We use it to send news, presales, unreleased IDs and early access to drops. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a), LGPD art. 7, I). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Demo submissions. Artist name, email, the label and genre you chose, the private link to your track and your notes. We use them to evaluate the demo and, if selected, to contact you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), LGPD art. 7, V).

Booking and partnership requests. Name, email, company, date, city, budget range and message. We use them to answer your request and prepare an agreement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), LGPD art. 7, V).

Security. To stop spam and abuse, forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and we keep a keyed one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) to limit repeated submissions. Each entry is valid for one hour and is deleted once it has expired. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe (GDPR art. 6(1)(f), LGPD art. 7, IX).

We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions (Cloudflare D1), runs Turnstile and provides cookieless traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Resend delivers the notification email that tells the team a form was submitted.

These providers may process data outside Brazil and the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under contractual safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Music players

Spotify and YouTube players load only when you press play. From that moment the provider’s own privacy policy applies and it may set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

Newsletter and waitlist data: until you unsubscribe. Demo and booking requests: as long as needed to handle them and any relationship that follows, then deleted. IP hashes for rate limiting: one hour, then deleted with the next submission to the site.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and know who we share it with. Write to booking@silviosoul.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority: the ANPD in Brazil or the supervisory authority of your EU country.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no trackers or advertising pixels. Traffic statistics are cookieless. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. A music player you start may set its own cookies, as described above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
