These terms apply to silviosoul.com, the official website of the artist Silvio Soul. By using the site you accept them.

Content

The music, artwork, photos, videos, logo and texts on this site belong to Silvio Soul or to their respective rights holders. You may listen, read and share links. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written permission.

Booking requests and fraud

Booking and partnership requests are accepted only through the booking form or by email to booking@silviosoul.com. We never ask for payment by direct message or through social media. Anyone who does is not acting for Silvio Soul: please report it to booking@silviosoul.com.

Sending a request does not confirm a booking. A booking exists only once a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Demo policy

By submitting a demo you confirm that:

• you own or control 100% of the rights in the track, including any samples, and that it is unreleased;
• you share it through a private link that we may open, listen to and keep for evaluation.

Submitting a demo is free and never requires payment. It does not create any obligation for Silvio Soul or the labels to listen within a set time, to reply, or to release the track. You keep all rights in your track unless and until a written agreement is signed. The labels receive many demos and may already be working on similar material; a submission does not give rise to any claim based on similarity.

Third-party services

The site links to and embeds services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Beatport, Deezer, SoundCloud and Instagram. Their own terms apply when you use them.
